Here's the block I did last week:
Single stomp x 2 (6)
2 repeater knee (6)
up and lunge x 4 (12)
Alt side leg x 2 (8)
Added in lots of lunges as intervals. This worked well.

Here's a block I want to use next week:
Tap out once (option to hop) -- 4
V-Step once (hop option) = 4
Up and lunge x 3, turning to the side, end on top = 8
Down knee up and over the top x 2, end on top = 8
3 repeater knee and exit home = 8
Doesn't change leads
My life has been blessed, although I have been through many challenges. Breast cancer, suicide of my boy, and legal troubles. But God has sent numerous angels my way, to help me out through the tough times. Life is an adventure, and happiness is a decision I make each day!
