May block

Here's the block I did last week: Single stomp x 2 (6) 2 repeater knee (6) up and lunge x 4 (12) Alt side leg x 2 (8) Added in lots of lunges as intervals. This worked well.

Here's a block I want to use next week: Tap out once (option to hop) -- 4 V-Step once (hop option) = 4 Up and lunge x 3, turning to the side, end on top = 8 Down knee up and over the top x 2, end on top = 8 3 repeater knee and exit home = 8 Doesn't change leads
